To register, download, print and fill out the form in this link( print the form )and send it with the corresponding fee to FYTTA, 12980 SW 27th St., Miramar, FL 33027 or submit it to one of our officers/staff. You can also visit our website at www.fytta.org to download and entry form. You may also send us an email at admin.info@fytta.org to reserve a spot. Limited to 12 entries per age group.

Entry Fee: FYTTA Members: $10 per event Non Members: $15 per event.

Eligibility: Open to all FYTTA members and Florida residents. A non USATT sanctioned tournament. Members must provide proof of current membership.
